In October 2016, delegates gathered in Bengkulu, Indonesia, to mark 250 years since the Carter versus Boehm case established Utmost Good Faith—a key principle in insurance law still vital to the industry today.
We look at the following three specific ways in which insurance protection is, or can be, limited and or shared.
Importantly, the concepts of Underinsurance and Co-insurance can overlap, as will be illustrated throughout this course.

The Learner Portal comes with a suite of learning modules for beginners through to insurance professionals. The modules are designed to improve the technical knowledge and skills levels of learners. A certificate can be printed by the student on successful completion of the learning module. Students can maintain a record of CPD hours earned.
